This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 31.12.2013 passed in I.A.No.2095 of 2013 in O.S.No.799 of 2013 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, no further orders are necessary in this revision. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
