Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 02.06.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the writ Petition No.15760 of 2016. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
