CVNR.J&JUD,J W.P.No.39729 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus for release of detenu, Karri Kanakaraju @ Sudershan Reddy @ Daddy, S/o Raju, after setting aside the detention order bearing No. S.B. (I).No.318/PD/S-1/2016 dated 07.06.2016 of respondent No.3, as approved by G.O.Rt.No.1354, General Administration (Law and Order) Department dated 15.06.2016 and as confirmed by G.O.Rt.No.1859, General Administration (Law and Order) Department, dated 23.08.2016 of respondent No.2. At the hearing, Mr.V.V.N.Narasimham, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the period of detention is going to expire by 7th June, 2017, the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
