THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33817 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the order of respondent No.2 dated 31.01.2007 and that of respondent No.1 dated 24.8.2009.

Respondent No.2 passed an order in favour of respondent No.3 granting counter-signature of variation of condition permit No.5/STA/2002 in respect of vehicle bearing No.TN 20B 9009, which is valid upto 30.04.2007.

Since the said period is over, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
