This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to set aside/quash the condition directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of compensation awarded for suspension of sentence imposed in C.C.No.265 of 2017 passed in order dt.19.06.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.281 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.550 of 2017 on the file of III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 - State.

During the course of hearing, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to extend the time granted by the learned III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, vide in order dt.19.06.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.281 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.550 of 2017, arising out of C.C.No.265 of 2017, directing the petitioner to deposit a minimum of 20% of the compensation amount in addition to the amount already deposited by him, on or before 12.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner/Accused is granted a further time of six

GSD, J Crl.P.No.4839 of 2019 weeks from today to deposit 20% of the compensation amount as directed by the Court below.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
