In this writ petition, petitioner challenges Clauses (i) and (iv) of G.O.Ms.No.183, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (M) Department, dated 27.02.2008. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order, dated 02.01.2013, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12314 of 2009 & batch, the relief which the petitioner claims stands granted, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is closed.
