O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is, though no crime is registered against him, the 4th respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad, is calling him to the police station and interfering with the civil dispute.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home by produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Nallakunta Police station, Hyderabad City, dated 09.08.2019, wherein, while denying the allegation of the petitioner it is stated that based on the complaint of the 5th respondent herein, GD entry was made and the petitioner was asked to come to police station, but the petitioner instead of approaching the police station, filed the present writ petition.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
