This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.364 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court-cumIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna at Vijayawada, and transfer the same to Family Court, Kurnool. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
