This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.18 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Anantapuram, and transfer the same to any other competent Court in Anantapuram District or Family Court, Kurnool. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
