Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that though the petitioner filed appeal against the proceedings in Rc.No.116/2012/Mgr, dated 18.12.2012 of the 4th respondent, the same is not disposed of till date. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Sri M.S.Rama Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent submits that the petitioner has not filed any appeal to the District Collector-3rd respondent but made only representation to the Project director. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order dated 18.12.2012.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is open for the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order dated 18.12.2012.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
