The grievance of the petitioner, as advocated by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that without paying the compensation the respondents are highhandedly laying the high tension wires across the lands of the petitioner.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 Sri R.Vinod Reddy and Sri Avinash Desai for R.7 that the petitioner for necessary compensation may approach the District Collector, who is a competent authority, by way of a representation and the same will be considered as per law.

On hearing the same, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for payment of compensation petitioner herein will approach the District Collector, who is a competent authority, by way of a representation and the same may be directed to consider by the District Collector expeditiously.

Recording the said submission, writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the second respondent/District Collector for necessary compensation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If any such representation is submitted, the second respondent to consider the same and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date:25.04.2018 grk
