HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.22075 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 2nd respondent aggrieved by the order dated 14-02-2005 passed by the 3rd respondent and the same is numbered in F2/6/2005. In the said appeal, both sides arguments were completed on 30-08-2014 and written arguments were also filed. But the said appeal has not been disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced letter dated 08-03-2016 sent by the Collector, Mahabubnagar addressed to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (C.C.L.A). Telangana stating that the appeal filed by the petitioner along with other files were sent to Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana in pursuance of the letter addressed by C.C.L.A in reference No.Settlement.II/19/2015, dated 11-02-2016 and the files are with the C.C.L.A and due to that reason only, the appeal could not be disposed of.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent has to take necessary steps for getting file from the C.C.L.A., Telangana, Hyderabad and C.C.L.A. is directed to send back the papers pertaining to the present appeal and in turn the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period

of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
