HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17142 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent - Municipality.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in rejecting the application for construction in File No.3054/0061/W15/2019, dated 30.05.2019 as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, violative of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to grant permission for construction on his site on plots No.28 part, admeasuring 222.06 square yards (270.34 square yards) in Sy.No.976, Ward No.3, Block No.7, (Election Ward No.15), Sri Gurunagar Colony (Dathatreya Nagar), Sadasivpet Municipal limits, Sadasivpet Town and Mandal, Sangareddy District."

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the relief sought in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2452 of 2019 dated 08.02.2019.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.2452 of 2019 dated 08.02.2019. No order as to costs.
