THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.20611 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Standing counsel that the petitioner has expired and the petitioner is challenging the punishment of stoppage of one increment with cumulative effect.

Since the petitioner has expired, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Moreover, petitioner's counsel has not even taken steps to bring the legal representatives of the petitioner on record, even though petitioner has expired way back in the year, 2007.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
