HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.899 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., seeking to withdraw O.S.No.386 of 2015 on the file of the XI Junior Civil Judge, Secunderabad, and transfer the same to the Court of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to try along with O.S.670 of 2015 for disposal in accordance with law. 2.

Heard both the counsel.

At the time of arguments, both the counsel with one voice submitted that O.S.No.386 of 2015 and O.S.No.670 of 2015 may be transferred to XIX Senior Civil Judge Court, Secunderabad, to avoid inconvenience to both the parties.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 5.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. O.S.No.386 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of XI Junior Civil Judge, Secunderabad, O.S.No.670 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. Both the suits O.S.No.386 of 2015 and O.S.No.670 of 2015 are transferred to the file of the XIX Senior Civil Judge Court at Secunderabad, for disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
