Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 14.04.2017, to the 2nd respondent, but no action has been taken so far. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the 2nd respondent will verify the said representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation to verify the representation, dated 14.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. No order as to costs.
