Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

It is evident from the record that Crl.P.No.4255 of 2017 was filed by the petitioner/A.1 was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 31.07.2017. There are specific allegations against the petitioner/A.1 with regard to demand of dowry and harassment. There are no changed circumstances to entertain this Criminal Petition.
