Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 09.05.2014. 1.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner, Sri B.S.Prasad, and Sri C.N.Murthy, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are present. The matter pertains to Section 125 Cr.P.C. and has been settled amicably between the parties as per the joint memo, as such, requires to be compounded subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the credit of Member Secretary, A.P. State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad. Accordingly, settled.

It is agreeable to the respondent.

In view of the award dated 09.05.2014 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
