HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 20713 of 2013 O R D E R:- No representation for the petitioner.

The petitioner complains against the inaction of the respondents in conducting investigation in F.I.R.No. 189 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent, as illegal. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that having regard to the allegations, the accused in F.I.R. 189 of 2013 were arrested, and therefore, according to him, there is no inaction on the part of the respondents.

In view of these developments with the passage of time, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
