This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/ respondents 1 to 4, under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings, in D.V.C. No.3 of 2013 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

2) It is represented by learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 that respondent No.2 and 1st petitioner herein who are wife and husband have resolved their disputes amicably and living together, as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
