THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.464 OF 2006 JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Appeal is filed aggrieved by the order passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Chittoor-cumSpecial Court under Act 17 of 1999, Chittoor, dated 14.02.2006, in Crl.M.P.No.4 of 2001, wherein the petition filed to make ad-interim attachment of the properties of the respondents absolute, was allowed.

When the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. It seems the appellants have no interest to prosecute the case.

Therefore, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this appeal shall stand closed.
