Learned counsel appearing for the parties have relied on a "Joint Compromise Memo" signed by counsel appearing for the parties and also the parties themselves on 10.03.2025.

It is submitted that the Joint Compromise Memo was preceded by a Memorandum of Understanding dated 02.03.2025.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the Appeals considering the Compromise arrived at between the parties.

However, at the time of dictating this order counsel appearing for the appellant in F.C.A.No.275 of 2024 submits that the appellant is yet to receive the demand drafts in terms of the Compromise.

List these matters on 20.03.2025.

The parties shall be present in the Court for the purpose of identification.
