Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.No.26612 of 2018 and batch, dated 31.01.2019. Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to strictly follow the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and Circular dated 09.12.2014 issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana State. There shall be no order as to costs.
