Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3.

2. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the inaction of respondents 1 to 3 on the complaints of the petitioner dated 15.04.2015 and 22.04.2015 and not removing the illegal construction made by the fourth respondent at plot No.8 in survey Nos.279 part and 280 part of Shapur Nagar, Quthbullapur of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation limits and for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to demolish the illegal construction of the fourth respondent.

3. A perusal of the representation dated 15.04.2015 indicates that it is an application filed under the Right to Information Act, 2005, whereas the representation dated 22.04.2015 relates to seeking action to be taken against the fourth respondent.

4. In the circumstances, this Court feels that this Writ Petition cannot be kept pending and it is left open to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 15.04.2015 and 22.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. If respondents 1 to 3 propose to take any action adverse to the interest of the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent shall be put on notice.
