ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 in the event of their arrest in Crime No.335 of 2022, on the file of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The brief facts of the prosecution case are that the father of the deceased lodged a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Kukatpally Police Station, against the against the accused persons alleging that the deceased got married with A-1 on 06.06.2021 and on the physical and mental harassment made by her husband for additional dowry, got disgusted with her life, committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling fan with Chunni in her bed room, for which a case was registered in Crime No.335 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022, on the file of Kukatpally Police Station. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3 are the parents of A-1 and petitioner/Accused No.4 is the brother of A-1 and the First Information Report does not contain any allegations against the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4. It is also submitted that A-1 was arrested on 29.04.2022 and
GAC, J Crl.P.No.4368 of 2022 remanded to judicial custody and the petitioners are apprehending that they may be arrested in this case and prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to them.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed for grant of anticipatory bail. He submitted that seven witnesses were examined in this case and the investigation is still pending. 5.
Heard the learned counsel for petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the record.

A perusal of the record would reveal that there are no specific overt acts against the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4. Therefore, it is a fit case to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4. 7.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 shall be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 are directed to surrender before the VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally, within a period of ten (10) days from today, and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of
GAC, J Crl.P.No.4368 of 2022 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with two sureties to the like sum each to his satisfaction.
ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Kukatpally Police Station once in a fortnight i.e. on Sunday between 10.00 AM and 02.00 PM till filing of the charge sheet. ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 shall co-operate with the investigation and undertake that they will not threaten or tamper with the witnesses.
