Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, reiterating the contents of the letter, dated 20.08.2018, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, that the petitioners herein may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a Writ Petition afresh if any cause of action arises in future.
