On 03.07.2018, as there was no representation for both sides, the matter was directed to be listed on 17.07.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". On 17.07.2018, the learned counsel for the appellants/ defendants was not ready and sought time and hence, the matter was finally adjourned to today. Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for both sides. It appears that the appellants/ defendants have no interest to pursue the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. The Interim stay granted by this Court in this matter on 06.12.2000 in CMP No.23009 of 2000 stands vacated. No costs.
