HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 7005 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) In view of the order passed today in PIL No.517 of 2013, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Government for appropriate relief as per G.O.Ms.Nos.58 and 59, dated 30.12.2014. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes any such representation to the Government, the Government shall consider the same in accordance with law and in the light of G.O.Ms.Nos.58 and 59, dated 30.12.2014. This shall not preclude the petitioner from taking any other remedy available under law for redressal of its grievance. It is open to the petitioner to seek condonation of delay in making representation to the State Government under G.O.Ms.Nos.58 and 59, dated 30.12.2014. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
