None appeared for the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that after obtaining necessary permission from the authorities concerned, she established a Packaged Drinking Water Plant investing huge amount. She also established a Laboratory with qualified Microbiologists for the purpose of manufacturing quality drinking water. When she came to know that respondents 7 to 11 are running unauthorized activities of manufacture and sale of packaged drinking water, she submitted representations, dated 08.08.2011 and 09.03.2012 for taking necessary action. As no action has been taken by the respondents, she filed the present Writ Petition.

This Court, while ordering notice before admission on 21.06.2012, permitted the petitioner to submit a representation before the 3rd respondent - Commissioner, Vinukonda Municipality, Guntur District, and he was directed to consider the said representation.

No counter is filed by the official respondents and none appeared for the private respondents.

In view of the nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition and also in view of the order passed by this Court on 21.06.2012, this Court feels that this Writ Petition need not be

kept pending further, and in terms of the said interim order, this Writ Petition can be disposed of.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
