HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A V SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 3288 OF 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Sri K. Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is allowed to make a representation to respondent No.8 for the relief as prayed for in the instant writ petition or for appropriate relief with direction to respondent No.8 to consider representation within time frame. Learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana submits that if the petitioner makes representation within a period of one week from today, respondent No.8 shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks therefrom. His submission is recorded and accepted.

In view thereof, the petitioner is allowed to make a representation within a period of one week from today for redressal of his grievance/appropriate relief. Respondent No.8 shall consider the petitioner's representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
