HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20163 OF 2015 ORDER:

With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition itself is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition is filed questioning the in action of the respondents in not conducting the survey in lands situated in Sy.Nos.96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101 and 102 situated at Bagh Ameeri Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of submitting a representation on 19.11.2014.

The averments in the writ petition are as under: Originally, the father of the petitioner was the pattadar of land admeasuring Ac.11.36 gts. in Sy.Nos.96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101 and 102 situated at Bagh Ameeri Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. He died about 15 years back and since then, the petitioner is said to be in possession and enjoyment of the said lands. It is stated that on 19.11.2014, the petitioner submitted an application to the respondents along with the stamp receipt as per the procedure, to conduct survey. It is said that till date the respondents did not take any steps to conduct the survey and fix boundaries. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and as the representation made by the petitioner for conducting survey in the above mentioned survey numbers is pending consideration since last seven months, the same is directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent, to consider the representation dated 19.11.2014 made by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
