THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35865 of 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in not registering the F.I.R., against the sixth respondent and his goonda elements, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to register the case and conduct investigation. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner lodged a complaint against the sixth respondent, the respondents 4 and 5 are not registering the case and as such, he prays this Court to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to register the complaint and conduct investigation in accordance with law. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to register the complaint of the petitioner against the sixth respondent and conduct effective investigation and file final report, if any, in accordance with law.
