THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2301 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.23 of 2014 of Devanpalli Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 205 I.P.C. r/w Section 34 I.P.C. and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that final report is filed in this case, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication and became infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall also stand dismissed.
