THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9228 OF 2011 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:- To issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in deleting the name of the petitioner from the revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Acs.3.50 cents in R.S.No.1078/3 in Pedavegi village, H/o. Suryapet Village, West Godavari District, and incorporating the name of the 4th respondent in the said records as illegal, arbitrary and infringement of rights guaranteed under Universal declaration of Human Rights, 1948 and consequently, to direct respondents 1 to 3 to delete the name of the 4th respondent from 10-1 Adangals and other revenue records and restore the name of the petitioner in the said revenue records and confirm the certificate issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 20.08.2007 vide L.Dis.No.400/2007(A).

3. It is stated that earlier the matter was referred to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad and on 06.12.2014 the same was settled, wherein the name of the petitioner was incorporated in the revenue records and Adangal, copies of which are placed before this Court.

4. In view of the Award passed by the High Court Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, nothing survives for adjudication in

the writ petition.

5. Accordingly, confirming the order of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
