HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.213 OF 1994 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 2 and 5 in issuing the letters dated 18.11.1993 and 20.12.1993 respectively or any other respondents as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent while placing the order dated 21.03.2003, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2511 of 1994 on record submitted that the said writ petition was filed challenging the identical proceedings as of challenged in the present writ petition. However, a perusal of the said order discloses that the issues involved in the present writ petition and in W.P.No.2511 of 1994, are one and the same. Apart from that it may also be noticed that the W.P.No.2511 of 1994 was filed by the petitioner's Federation represented by its President whereas the present writ petition was filed by the petitioner's Federation, represented by its Secretary.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 21.03.2003, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2511 of 1994. No order as to costs.

Registry is directed to tag a copy of the order dated 21.03.2003, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2511 of 1994 along with this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
