ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition in the order dated 15.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.194 of 2026 in Crime No.912 of 2025 by the learned X Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar.

Heard Smt. M. Laxmi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri M. Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court while allowing the Crl.M.P.No.194 of 2026 in Crime No.912 of 2025 directed the petitioner to comply the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that condition i.e., That the petitioner/accused No.3 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand), with two sureties each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of XIII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajendranagar. She further submitted that the petitioner cannot afford to furnish surety and prayed the Court to modify the said condition from Rs.25,000/- each to Rs.5,000/- each.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 15.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.194 of 2026 in Crime No.912 of 2025, relaxing the condition i.e., That the petitioner/accused No.3 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand), with two

sureties each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of XIII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajendranagar to that of condition i.e., That the petitioner/accused No.3 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of XIII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajendranagar.

With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
