The revision petitioner who is the husband of the 1st respondent has filed the present revision petition questioning the order dated 27.01.2006 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2931 of 2005 in M.C.No.42 of 1988 by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Yellandu, directing this petitioner to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.1500/- to the 1st respondent herein.

The petitioner who is the husband of the 1st respondent has filed the present application without giving proper reasons. 4.

In the background of the order passed in the year 2006, I do not find any reasons to keep the revision filed by the petitioner who is the husband of the 1st respondent, pending. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, if the cause survives, the petitioner can as well work out his remedies either before the concerned Court or before this Court.
