This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw O.P. No.370 of 2017 from the Court of Principal District Judge, Rajahmundry and transfer the same to the District Court, Visakhapatnam.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in O.P. No.370 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Rajahmundry, on each and every date of adjournment.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner is dispensed with before the Court of Principal District Judge, Rajahmundry in O.P. No.370 of 2017 on each and every date of adjournment. However, she shall appear before the Court of Principal District Judge, Rajahmundry as and when her presence is so required in O.P. No.370 of 2017. 5.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
