HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10116 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent in rejecting the petitioner's application to appear for the written test for the post of Topo Trainees Type 'A' on technical grounds, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing both the counsel represented that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 11.04.2012.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of interms of the interim order dated 11.04.2012. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
