THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11616 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.170 of 2015 on the file of Thirumalayapalem Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 and 376 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner, who is aged about 54 years and who is working as Head Master of Government High School at Namavaram village, induced the de facto complainant and exploited sexually and later, he resorted to threaten her and had sexual intercourse with her. It is brought to the notice of this Court that earlier application filed by the petitioner for bail was dismissed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Dated: 17.11.2015 Nn
