The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that the complaint dated 01.06.2016 submitted to the District Collector and Election Authority, bringing to his notice the factum of inclusion of ineligible persons as Members in the Fisherman Cooperative Society of Vemulakonda Village, Veligonda Mandal, Nalgonda District, has not been taken up for consideration so far.

Learned Government Pleader for Fisheries (Telangana) is fair enough in submitting that a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioners would meet the ends of justice. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent District Collector to examine the complaint dated 01.06.2016 of the petitioners and take steps considered appropriate, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
