When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 submits that since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.556 of 2018 of Godavarikhani I Town Police Station, Peddapalli District, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
