THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.41633 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein in taking action against respondent Nos.5 to 7, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondent Nos.5 to 7 to run the college for the academic year 2016-17 and 2017-18 with a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to monitor the academic year in the interest and future of the petitioners.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 23.04.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
