HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER W.P. No. 6741 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) In pursuance of the order dated 01.06.2017 passed by this Court, the 1st respondent - District Educational Officer issued order dated 22.06.2017 in Rc.No.6741/ B2/ 2017 directing the Mandal Educational Officer, Gundlapally to implement the order dated 12.03.2014 in O.A.No. 2838 of 2013 passed by the Tribunal and submit compliance report to his office immediately.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Tribunal actually has not been complied with and a direction may be given to the respondents to comply with the order in letter and spirit.

In view of the above, this writ petition is closed in anticipation that the Mandal Educational Officer, Gundlapally complies with the order of the Tribunal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
