ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in following the Vootabandhi system in regarding with the services and discharging the duties of the petitioners as Village Revenue Assistants in Shivampet Mandal of Medak District even though the said system was abolished and not following the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and circulars issued by respondent No.2 in CCLA's Ref.No.Ser.

III (2)/A2/992/2003, dated 09-122014 respectively and encouraging the Vootabandhi system, through which developing enmity between the family of the petitioners, is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. Consequently, direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 15.06.2019, 22.06.2019 and 24.6.2019, thereby follow the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and circular issued by respondent No.2 in CCLA's Ref.No.Ser.III (2)/A2/992/2003 dated 09.12.

2014 in regarding with the services of the petitioners as Village Revenue Assistants in Shivampet Mandal of Medak District and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondents are encouraging Vootabandhi System instead of following Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and Circular dated 09.12.2014 and that appropriate direction be

given to the respondents to strictly follow the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and Circular dated 09.12.2014. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents are not following Vootabandhi System and they are following only Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and Circular dated 09.12.2014. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to strictly follow the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and Circular dated 09.12.2014 issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana State.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
