The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court order dated 19/11/2007, 03/12/2007 ,18/12/2007 , 18.1.2008 , 21.1.2008, 28.1.2008, 4.2.2008 & 7.2.2008 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. P. SRIDHAR REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of G.P. for Endowments for the Respondents 1 & 2 and of SRI V.T.M. PRASAD S.C. FOR P.P.C. MUTT for the Respondent No. 3 the Court made the following:
