Khaja Muneeruddin v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.9202 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner states that he filed a complaint on 23-03-2015 before the 3rd respondent, but there is no acknowledgment and the same is stated to have been sent by registered post with acknowledgment due on 31-03-2015. Hence, evidently, it cannot be said that there is any inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent. The writ petition is clearly premature and it is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the 3rd respondent for the purpose of further progress on his aforesaid complaint. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 02-04-2015 Prv
