Buildings (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, Vijayawada, pending disposal of CRP.No. 477/2016 on the file of the High Court. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and order dated 12-02-2016 and 19-02-2016 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri K.V.Ratna Kumar, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

"Status quo orders dated 12-02-2016 are extended for a further period of three weeks. Post after two weeks."
