This contempt case is filed alleging non compliance of interim orders of this Court passed in W P No. 36009 of 2015 dated 9.12.2015. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that writ petition is finally disposed of and in view of subsequent developments petitioner is not prosecuting the contempt case. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
