This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening him to settle the family dispute.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner' wife, a case in crime No.226/2019 is already registered against the petitioner and that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
